• Clients own the final approved deliverables after full payment.
• AmplifyRank retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a written agreement.
• Website content, graphics, branding materials, and intellectual property created by AmplifyRank remain protected under applicable copyright laws.

Our services may involve third-party platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other advertising and marketing platforms.

AmplifyRank is not responsible for changes in third-party policies, algorithms, platform outages, or account restrictions beyond our control.

Digital marketing outcomes vary depending on competition, industry, budget, and market conditions.

While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

• First-page Google rankings
• Specific revenue increases
• Exact lead numbers
• Guaranteed advertising performance

AmplifyRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed contract terms.

Outstanding payments remain payable after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
